Co-reflection
Why?
Involve stakeholders and other experts early in the design process in order to set an innovative direction and to create openness for novel ideas among stakeholders.
How?
Set up a meeting with a diverse group of stakeholders in the design process and ask them to discuss your problem, the results of your user research, and early versions of your design or (provocative) prototypes. Jointly decide on design priorities and focus for the rest of your project.
